These Terms of Purchase govern your purchase of hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers, and performance gear from champiou (www.champiou.com). By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. Please read this document carefully before making a purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an order through our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction).

When you place an order on our website, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected items. This email is not a confirmation of acceptance—your order is only accepted once we send a shipping confirmation email (indicating your order has been processed and shipped).

2.2 Order Modifications/Cancellations

  • Global Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders, worldwide. No minimum purchase is required.
  • Expedited Shipping: Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping options. All orders are shipped via our standard delivery service with a 6-12 day delivery window.

4.3 International Delivery Notes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If you have questions about customs fees, contact your local customs office.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military bases. Orders with invalid or incomplete addresses may be delayed or canceled.

5. Title & Risk of Loss

  • Title: Ownership of the items you purchase transfers to you once we receive full payment for your order.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of damage to or loss of the items transfers to you once the package is delivered to the shipping address you provided (as confirmed by the shipping carrier’s tracking information).

6. Returns & Refunds

  • You may return eligible items for a refund within 60 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in unused, unworn, and original condition (with tags attached and original packaging intact).
  • Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” on the product page) are not eligible for returns.
